This notice explains the information the public Morifar AI website processes, what it does not retain, and where external services may become involved.
Contact enquiries
When secure enquiry delivery is active, the form sends the name, work email, company, role and submitted business description to Morifar's configured HubSpot CRM and uses Resend to notify Morifar. When that service is inactive, the form prepares an email on the visitor's own device. The website does not provide client-document uploads or public user accounts.
Purpose and retention
Enquiry information is used to assess and respond to the requested AI engagement, maintain the business relationship and protect the service from misuse. Morifar retains it only for a legitimate business or legal purpose and applies the configured retention controls of its service providers.
AI demonstrations
When governed AI is inactive, the Console runs a curated front-end demonstration. When activated, submitted instructions are sent to the configured AI service for a structured response. The application requests non-retention by the model API, but visitors must not submit personal, confidential, regulated or client information.
Technical data
The hosting and network providers may process ordinary request metadata required to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, device information and request timestamps. Morifar does not claim that technical infrastructure produces absolute anonymity.
Your choices
Do not submit sensitive information through public demonstrations or enquiry forms. For access, correction, deletion or privacy questions, contact ai@morifar.com.
